Thanksđź‘Ť
That's not correct. We live in Calle Salvias D23 in a Clasico and we have our deeds. The street is nice and quiet.
Again, not true. We have ours and we bought from Mercers.
Thanks Sharon we are coming out Wednesday to view a property there through mercers .

I will have to let the people opposite me know that you are on D23 and have your deeds..as they have been informed that most of the properties on D 23... have no planning permission ..this is well documented on the CRA web site...I have a villa on D24 and when you look at the ordinance survey map at Mazarron council the small villas opposite are not on the plan's ...we got told our street would be 40 foot wide when we bought ...the street is only 20 foot wide ..I think you can work the rest out for yourself... lovely street to live in though..so be careful just ask to see villas that have a escutura /deeds..fin De obra/ final building licence and it is possible to have a escutura for the land only but no building/planning for the structure that's built on it as many many people have found out in Spain ...but what do I know I have only been on Camposol for 12 year's.

Cheers will do m8
I don’t understand what people are saying I had my deeds at least 9 months ago and also my friend down the road did. We have our places in Calle Salvias. My place is definitely legal and I have all the paper work. All completed at PALS solicitors. If there are any down our road with no deeds they are on dangerous grounds and could be taken from them so make sure the deeds are in place.
Cheers for that .
