Not all the roads are considered private, I saw a list of which are and which are not.

This is my interpretation from what I’ve seen as well. We have a villa on D sector on los Covachos and this is not classed as private so the council will upkeep this road. This is how I understood it

The council has not adopted Camposol.... b.c.d sectors all the roads and pavements on these sectors belonged to MASA the builders ...as you know the builder's went bankrupt ..the only way forward is for the council to adopt the roads / pavements and then pass the cost of the upkeep on to the property owners.. it's only going to be €250 per year per householder... But people have the right to ask the council what they are spending the IBI on that they are already collecting ...I pay €480 per year at the moment ..so it's only fair to ask the council to give us a break down of what is happening to the millions of lBI euro's that are collected.

Roland, you have done it again.  Well done my man. Thank you.  I have just checked the list, it only listed the houses on all the sectors, but not those that are not being serviced by the Council.

The Camposol Residents Association meeting minutes is so long and just can't absorb the long minutes and details, though very important know all these things.

Pleas correct me if l have misread the meeting notes. All house in a sector contribute to the entities "fund" regardless of being on  private or public road, is that anyone else's  understanding?

You made LA sounds like Los Angeles 😁🤣. I was just about to ask the question that how could someone living in Los Angeles, next door to LV know much more about Camposol than us living in Spain.

Nice try, my friend  Jaz007. Another spy 007 on the prowl.
