We agreed in good faith where I'm concerned.  I've done nothing wrong apart from lost almost 5500.00 euros, so no, I'm not leaving it.

Don't worry, I will let everyone know in due coarse. I have all the info I need to know for my trip out to camposol soon to see the authorities.

I'm a holiday home owner on camposol. I paid a tradesman ( won't mention names yet ) a lot of money in cash. As I wasn't set up for transfer at that time.

He said he will not charge tax . He done the job and it all has to be done again as it was awful and is now falling apart.

I've contacted him to ask to be reimbursed, as I now have to pay someone else to do that job properly. 

He doesn't want to know, so my only option is to report him for none payment of tax on my job ( and there's properly others ) I have evidence he didn't want to pay or declare tax.

How do I report him to the authority so he gets investigated 

I'm uk based. So i don't know how to sort this.

Make sure you get all the legal permission, or you probably will get big problems later, as far as I have been told, there is still no legal permission to build any thing since 2015, and this is backed up by the write up on Camposol 2025.

Not quite correct. It can cost you many thousands or tens of thousands depending on what work you have completed. I know of one instance where the seller had to pay €15,000 for the works to enable the sale to proceed.
