2 bedroom property - €49,000

hi i live on D no problems where i am sound very cheap

D23/27/32 have problems with no escutura's> (Deeds) and embargoes> ( Dept's).I believe the C.R.A are in the process of getting this problem sorted out ...the the lawyer you engage will soon put you right on this subject... 49,000 euro's sounds very cheap.😀

there is a two bed fiesta for sale on D15 just around the corner from me 45,000 euro with log burner air con security front door littel garden to the side, and all the paperwork is in order so it will not be there long, i can get the owners tell number if you wish. 

45,000 euro's is what you would pay for a static caravan in the UK along with extortionate ground rent ...and then after 15 years you get thrown off the site so this makes properties on Camposol very good value for your money ....I did not pay 45,000 for my Villa I went for a large Neptuno deluxe 3 beds 3 bathrooms with a 9.5x 3.5 MTR pool it cost me 212,000 euro's   ( £144,000 ) 11 year's back ..so I think I would just break even if I put it up for sale now ...but I have no in tension selling so not to worried enjoy Camposol. 
( Make sure you get the Escutura and the electric & water meters are in place and are in working order as it could take thousands of euro's and many months of waiting to have them reinstated ) you can test them yourself if they are not working get you Lawyer to insist they are reinstated before you hand over any money.
