I would not hang around to much... when the new Corvera airport opens in November this year ( 25 mins away ) Price's are most certainly going to rise ...the Villa next door to me took 3 weeks to sell ..another villa opposite took 6 weeks these were 3 bed 3 bathrooms Neptunos with pools both sold around the €165,00 ..you might think that you will have a lot to chose from this is not the case ...what you will find is that most sellers are advertising with all the estate agents ...you have approximately 4,500 properties on Camposol spread over 6 x 4 KLM you will only see the odd Villa for sale in most streets... it is not like national flag day with for sale boards.
Take a tip from me try and buy a property in a street.. that people acutely live in ...the best way to tell is it the surrounding properties have Lott's of flowers and are well kept ...it is easy to spot a street that is full of holiday Homes you will not see any flower's and the street is generally unkept with weeds everywhere ...we have no council street cleaners anywhere in Spain ..it is down to the residents to keep the street and pavement outside clean ...this is some thing that holiday home owner's don't do.
