transfers from Alicante?

Should be around 75 to 85 euros each way

Think I’ve been spoiled with hoppa etc, coach transfers making it less ex

If you don't mind a bit of an adventure and not on a tight time schedule you could try using  the buses.

I went backpacking last year round different areas of Costa Blanca last year  checking possible retirement sites and used the buses quite a bit.

I found most of the bus stations had decent information desks and timetables - the buses were clean some have WiFi and USB charging points and were usually on time and it's a good way to see some of the countryside.

From Alicante Airport the C6 bus will take you to Alicante bus station - takes 20/30 minutes - €3·85

At Alicante bus station you can get ticket to Murcia - takes 1 hour 45 minutes/2 hours - €6·50

From Murcia you can get bus to Camposol - takes 1hour 30 minutes -€4·90 - the stop on Camposol is easily missed so take care.

I think I remember Alsa being the main bus company - journey times are all approximate and the costs are at 2017 prices so may vary.

That sounds great, a real bargain but the flights I was looking at didn’t land until after 10pm so I don’t think there would be a bus at that time. Wouldn’t be a problem on the return though. Thanks for the advice 👍
