I had Antonio top up my tank last month with 350 litres of oil at 1.05 euros per litre.  He is quick to respond (within an hour for me), reliable and a decent guy it seems.  

Definitely best to WhatsApp him if you don’t speak good Spanish.  You will need an NIE number to buy heating oil and email address for the formal receipt.  He takes cards too....
