River Sports Cehigan

Can you advise if it is possible to kayak and or swim in the rivers in or around Cehigan
The Argos - no, not deep/wide enough. The Quipar - pretty sure not for the same reasons but I don't really know it.
I believe there is kayaking and white water rafting on the River Segura near Calasparra:
