Does anyone know why there was a build up of traffic on motorway from Alhama to Alicante Airport yesterday (Sat 17th Nov). We had already driven to airport so missed it but if we had been stuck in it our daughter/niece may have missed her flight. We will have another friend flying out on Tuesday so would like to know if this was a "once off" or if there is something happening that we are unaware of. Thank you in advance

Couple with flightradar24 to see where the inbound aircraft is and time your trip.
