we flew into Murcia and used OK Mobility, they were great and collected us from the airport to collect the car, they did not try anything on cost wise and no dodgy damage claims after the event, use them regularly now without any fuss at all

It will be difficult to prosecute her, and get the money payed back,  she knows it, thats why she is in the UK, I have no doubt she has already spent the money.

Ps if you payed by credit card, check it out, you could get your money back under Fraud, especialy if she was a registered company.
