Suggestions of where to buy on Costa Calida, 15 minutes to shops/cafes approx, reasonably flat walking, public transport within walking distance. £60,000 range give or take, apartment or townhouse or similar. Any ideas please. Bob.

Thanks Eraser. I enquired about a property on Campersol but was told the route to the shops was quite steep, perhaps it varies according to which sector your on.

Thanks 123, I’m beginning to suss that out myself as I look into it in more detail, something a little more original, but with my budget I may be disappointed.

San Pedro del Pinatar is a cute town. Check it out. Kings Real Estate knows the area very well. We bought through them and have NOT regret it!
Look on A Place In The Sun - put in Costa Calida and your budget and what type of property is available and go from there.

Hello Bob , Try looking around Purto Mazarron . Maybe El Alamillo nice 15/20 stroll along the beach loads of shops Bars in the port every thing you need For day to day living . Try Bellavista Properties in El Alamillo . Good luck with the 60, 000 I think you would be looking at around 72,000 .
