looking for advice on apartments insurance. Do I have to get building cover. As I am wondering is this not covered in the block payment.
Ball park what should I be paying for €10000 content and €58000 build.

My husband has an Irish passport, but I only have a UK passport. I have read that I can enter Spain under the same rules as my husband…my question is how?
At passport control my passport gets stamped and scanned, his does not. What is it that I need …is there a visa to apply for?
We are not residents in Spain and not currently intending to be.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Is there a Resident Association at the La Torre Golf Resort, because with so many properties 2,500 odd, this would make a very powerful Resident Association, and would be able to have a great say, in any changes taking place which would be deemed detrimental to the residents.
I have spent my life in security, the last twenty years guarding V.I.P.s at a large complex of 150 apartments at Notting Hill, London, and witnessed the very strong Residents Association in action.
Is the large Club House for the use of the residents, as this could be a great place to meet, and socialise.
How is all the rubbish cleared from each house, or do you have to walk with your rubbish to the nearest dumpster.

I posted on here a few days ago concerning my Grandaughters lost/stolen i pad.What concerns me is that the person who took this item may live amongst you and shows the calibre of some people on that estate.What low life would steal a child’s computer? I was was looking to buy on there…it seemed I dodged a bullet!
