The golf course is okay - but there are better around.

The villas on the edges of the development are reasonably spaced, but the centre feels a bit 'built up'. I went on a little tour around various golf resorts to show a friend around the area last Wednesday and we called in there. In the mid-afternoon, there were several groups of British adults with mostly teenage children, drinking outside several bars in the centre - so that's a mid-afternoon, mid-week, in late February (I assume it must have been half-term in some areas of the UK). So, what would that be like in a much busier time of year?

I have heard that the build quality is good and it's only about 20 mins drive to the facilities, bars & restaurants of the Mar Menor.

That said, I live 'in the middle of nowhere' and didn't want to live in a busy area with lots of Brits, so the above is only my opinion, based on what I like...

The best way to find out is to pop over for a few days and see for yourself...

Hope this helps!
