Hi Rick, the Spanish Government seem to treat anybody with funds, although ours is legit, like they are money laundering. We had to produce many documents and proof of where the money came from even though we sold property in our own country. We still needed all the documentation to prove same.

Yes.. this normal as strong money laundering regulations here in Europe.. but hopefully you have a good solictor in Spain to assist.
Might be an idea to also find out about water and electricity connections and what docs are required.

Not yet.. but offers I hear have been made to purchase.. so will see.
In meantime we are still having events in the square with a stand up bar tent and music

Well Sareb the owner is wanting to sell the whole community centre which includes bar and units. Don't know what the offers were.. but a good contact would be Steve Green on the Las Terrazas del La Torre owners site or via FB if you interested as an investor to let him know and find out more info
