I've noticed a property for sale on El Valle with stated fees of roughly 84€ per quarter! Is this correct? I currently pay in the region of 600€ per quarter on Hacienda Requelme.
I would be very grateful if someone could clarify the average fees and if they are indeed so much lower, what extras does an owner need to pay for that is not included in the fees - eg Wifi, TV etc.

Wow thats a lot…here on MMG we pay less than 10 a month with access to 14 pools and all facilities on the resort and 24 hour security…+18 for wifi/TV
Community fees for a 3 bed villa are just over €500 a quarter. This covers looking after all the facilities on site. e.g. gardens, community pools, sports courts & play facilities, 24 hour security guards, etc.
You pay for everything else… WiFi, water, elec, maintaining your pool, etc.
