We are interested in buying a property on El Valle. We are confused about community fees. We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment. What are the community fees and what do they include? Is WiFi and TV included. Is there a separate maintenance fee for the building? Kind regards. Tina & David
Hi Tina and David,
My daughter has recently sold on el valle golf resort.
Her fees were paid quarterly, they had a villa so I expect the apartments will be around 400 per quarter...you pay for the WiFi but she had her TV through the resort which was free...
