Looking for best location to rent initially with children going to Kings Murcia

hi! We are hoping to move to Spain in August and our 2 children age 9 and 11 will be going to Kings Murcia. I am researching the best location to rent long term initially as we want to be in an area where there are lots of other children who also go to Kings so they will settle easily and have children around. I have been looking at Torre golf and El Valle and was wondering if anyone could give me some advise. also we will be looking for a 2 -3 bedroom villa to rent long term for probably 6 months until we decide where to buy. any advise would be great.

Hi Steph

I have a 3 bed villa that I will be willing to rent out if your interested, it’s on la Torres and is a short walk to kings college. 2 minutes walk. Not sure what the rates are but if your interested I will check them out. I have a small pool on the property.

Hi.

We live on El Valle, but your best best for being near to the school and other children is La Torre. La Torre has more facilities also. Speak to Nick Cherry at Murcia Services, they have an office in the resort centre and can assist you with Renting or buying a property and general information on the area. www.murciaservices.com.
