Dear all,
I see some villa’s for sale, but the advertisement does not say anything about service fees. Do you know if and if so, how much service fee has to be paid to be a resident of a villa?

I'd recommend that you reply to the adverts and ask how much the community charges are, as well as the annual IBI (council tax) as they will more than likely vary between properties depending on the size and location of them.

Spot on. I’ve got 2 Alcor villas on EV & pay €514 & €550. The average villa is around €500. Comparable to what you’d pay on LT for an apartment, so reasonable value in that context..
