We just purchased a house just outside fortuna
We had country Fincas deal with it and a good English speaking solicitor.
Country Fincas are very thorough and helpful lovely people would highly recommend

I would definitely agree with peter I have seen and heard of many problems and IF fixable will take years in Spain so I would not even consider it
