Hi there. I am looking for information about house insurance. We bought a property in Fortuna in January. We live in the UK. This property is getting signed over to us tomorrow. We bank with Sabadell and just got an email from them regarding house insurance. Don't know what the quote is but looks like they are charging €300 commission. So frustrating for us as we have no way to compare this from the UK. Would be very grateful if anyone can recommend a company that we could arrange our house insurance online. Thank you.
Best advice is NOT to take bank insurance.
Arrange your own it will be far cheaper.

Be careful that if you are taking out a mortgage the lender will more than likely want you to use their appointed insurer as a condition of the loan. Fair enough really, as it is their money they would be protecting.

You will get a much better price by shopping around Linea Directa are good but each year you are better shopping around as like the UK I got quote from Linea and then went to insure in Spain and got a much better deal for basically same benefits.

hi, try abbygate insurance there online thay do not charge we had car , house , heath insurance with no
extra charges on top. give a call or go online, 300euros rip off,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
