Padron & Healthcare Centre registration

Hello, I am moving to Las Kalendas in early Jan, 2019, and will need to register on the Padron and at the Healthcare Centre. Can anyone offer any advice as to how best to get this done? In a response to an earlier request about the Padron the person was advised to go to the Town Hall on Monday, after 11.00am but before 1.00pm. Is this the only time that these requests are dealt with? Thanks for your help. Kind regards, John
