Best fly deterrent for the garden!

Any recommendations for fly deterrents, whilst in the garden?
Ive seen ‘fly catchers’ (bags) and outdoor candles advertised......do any of these help at all?

Candles are useless.
I keep looking at these but I have no idea how effective they might be.

Have a browse on YouTube, there are lots of effective traps you can make easily for flies, wasps and mozzies.
The Red Tops worked well last year but they have changed the formula and have lost their effectiveness this year.
