Changing English Car to Spanish plates

How do we go about changing our English Car to Spanish plates and what’s the appropriate cost please.

Hi I am assuming you have a property in Spain.You will need a copy of your NIE and at least a copy of your title deeds plus the vehicles, log book, or if you have it your residence papers and padron.,I just did my 10yr old Zafira for less than 1,700 Euros
that included Local MOT,CAR TAX.NEW PLATES. and NEW HEADLIGHTS plus IMPORT DUTY.The only variable is the
IMPORT DUTY which depends on the age of the car.I highly recommend the british owned Mechanics DECKLID IN MAZARRON where you get a personal; service TEL 626 678 840 They will advise you on IMPORT DUTY for your car.

Also, if your car has a tow bar fitted it must be checked by a recognised installer, a certificate us supplied and, at time if MoT, details are entered onto MoT certificate. In many instances it us cheaper to get a new tow bar fitted, the tow baron our Citroen was fitted from new by ?Citroen but thus was not accepted by the Spanish.
