New Dev anyolopment in Fuente Alamo?

There is a resurrected community in Los Altos, Fuente Alamo, of Villas, completely renevated with a large communal pool, some have fantastic plot sizes where you could build your own pool, roughly 10-15k. Does have community fees, but not like golf course fees. Excellent quality. If you would like any further information private message me.

No not  at all they come in from the other direction, and there are only a few flights a day.

We looked at these villas, beautiful!! They were built back in 07/08 then the crash came…. Up for €300,000+ back then, not a bad price now, we were offered one 3 & 2 with big garden where you could put a big big pool 🏊‍♀️ in, furnished for €206,000

Downside is, it’s in middle of nowhere 🤓….. there is a small Spainish village which is about 3 mile away, with a spar & 1-2 Spainish local bars, so not for me sadly.

If you don’t mind being in the middle of nowhere 🤷‍♂️ give it a look 👀
