Hola,
Can someone in HR please point me toward a contact in the Air Con maintenance dept. I guess the upkeep is included in the quarterly service charge but have never required to contact them before.
All help appreciated.

Hi Cliff,
As far as I'm aware the air con units etc are in fact owner responsibility. Your community charge doesn't cover any servicing or repairs.
I would thoroughly recommend Antonio Munhoz (who also completes boiler services) you can contact him by email cavaliercruzado@hotmail.es. They speak very good English.
