hello,

I recently bought a flat in hacienda riquelme.

Because of the corona, I have not been able to see the flat yet.

my question is is there anyone who can give me the dimensions of an underground car park?

Thanks

A bit like asking how big is a flat......they can vary and may be just a marked-out space in an open area to a closed area like a domestic garage. You should ask the agent that you used to buy the flat for a plan - and be aware that it is not just the size, but how easy it is to access the spot as some have very tight turns. We looked for a space near our house but none were usable for our Toyota Auris, which is hardly a stretch limo!

So true! We're only renting at the moment and we have a parking space included in the rental but unless the space in front of us is empty, we can't get into our own space. Whoever designed the garage didn't give a thought to how people would actually manoeuvre their cars into the small parking spaces. The people who own the parking space next to ours, have just given up and bought the two parking spaces opposite, just so they can get their vehicle  in and out, using their two spaces on opposite sides of the main entry road. Thank goodness we'll be moving soon and will have our own private drive-way!
