Getting confirmation of Booster vaccine

Hi everybody, hope you all had a safe and happy Xmas.
Can anyone shed some light on my query. On the 21st Apr.2021 I had my first vaccine, then on the 11th May 2021 I had my second vaccine, both administered in Mazarron, I received by e-mail QR coding of my vaccine. On November 2nd six months after my last vaccine, I had the Booster, until now I have not received an e-mail confirming my Booster. My question is, where or who should I contact to get confirmation of my Booster.
