We just bought a apartment at la Torre golf , we don’t know the WiFi password . 

What can we do ?

I would speak to the president or the administrator of the community or ask a neighbour or ask the solicitor who handled the sale to find out for you.

Hi Marc,

If you have a router, please check the sticker on the backside, mostly the password is printed there.

Maybe it helps.

Hi Marc,

If all the suggestions given fail you will need to contact A2Z who are the Telecoms people. They may be able to reset remotely to your chosen password or they may need to visit the property.

Contact details are +34 968 01 20 99, I think option 2 is the English speaking line, but just listen to the info when you call,or email info@a2ztelecom.es.

If you have an internal phone in the apartment you may be able to call 12724 - although this is the number we use from Hacienda Riquelme.

Just in case anyone esle stumbles on this, I have just moved in at La Torre

and emailed info@a2ztelecom.es asking what do I do for inerent access having just moved in to xyz apartment

I had a reply back in 10 mins saying the below.

 Please send a copy of your NIE document or passport as well as your mobile number and the purchase deeds of the property. 


We will send you the contract to sign, to change the service to your name. Once received, we can send you the information to access the network.
