Hi,

Does anyone know what the implications are if you are late paying your IBI Council tax in the Torre Pacheco region?

They have posted to my Spanish address but I am not over until 21/5 and deadline id 6/5 !!

Set up a direct debit with your bank then you will not have this sort of problem

Ask them for the receipt sending a mail to recaudacion@torrepacheco.es or by phone at 968 577 542.

There you will find an ID for paying online in the following url:

https://www3.caixabank.es/apl/pagos/index_es.html?EMISORA=300378

If you can not do it on time, there will be a surcharge and you have to ask for a new receipt.

You will be charged an additional 15% - try to pay it ASAP when you are in Spain otherwise it will keep increasing .. go to the council and speak with them - also you can set up a DD from your bank account ... good luck -

Hi there do you have the account details for the Council's bank account in order to set up a direct debit for the house tax? Many Thanks
