Good morning Deb, depends on how much money you are going to lose, now or in the future and of course what line of work you are in.

My Daughter is in a similar position, although over in the UK, due to sign contracts in a week or so, she is in the hairdressing trade, which hasn’t been hit hard yet.

Only if we had a crystal ball, but surely life would be boring then.

My daughter is still going ahead, but she has potential support from us her parents.

There is only you can answer the question I’m afraid.

Lots of scenarios are property prices going to drop because no one is buying?

Do you pull out, wait then put Lower offers in to regain your loss.

Also depends on is that your ultimate dream property and no others are suitable?

Sorry lots of questions, but I do feel for you, we have had a property abroad for 7 years now and love every minute, I’m glad we took the plunge but it was different back then.

I’m sure we will pull through, but I’m always optamist

Gut instinct?

Good luck

Hi. We have bought an apartment in La Torre and we the same paid the deposit on the 30 th  of April and will complete by the end of June .My opinion onestly is do not loose your deposit and carry on buying it. In future few years you might regret not doing it. Why give your hard working money and loose. Buy it with confidence and look for a good future , life is worth enjoying. Good luck and never look back xx
