Property for sale has risen?

Hi, I have been thinking of buying a holiday home here for some time and have noticed that there seems to be a high rise in the amount of property for sale. Is there a reason for this?

I would assume that this could be because of Brexit and the amount of people that have been living under the radar for many years.
Also could be people have purchased a second home with a mortgage and may now not be in a position to repay this through the Covid virus!
Unfortunately there are more bank repossession sales on the market than before
