Can anyone recommend: an Electrician to fix a kitchen light, circular bulbs

the light is not staying on in the kitchen circular unit on the ceiling.  I live in Valle del Sol

Sounds to me like a type of florescent tube light.

It will need either a new bulb & or a new tube.

Simple enough job to DIY.

Obviously turn off the electric at the fuse box before doing anything.

Thanks for reply, but have done all that, and still does not work.  I think that there might be a loose connection from the ceiling , need someone who knows what to do.

If it flickers when you tap it, it's likely to be a loose connection otherwise it's usually the starter module which looks like a small plastic tube which you remove by twisting it. You've already replaced the tube you say so if everything has been tried I suggest you replace it with a new fitting. I don't think that they are that expensive.
