Moving over / utilities

Hi
I am looking at buying a 2 bed property on the la torre golf resort this year . Any advice ? I have done a fair bit of research but more advice is helpful .
Also while I am back in the uk what sort of monthly outgoings do you think I should take into account for utilities etc ?
