Hi all
I am thinking of buying in this complex over the next few months, its a holiday retreat for a while and hopefully when the regulations change live here full time. You hear of lots of nightmares when buying abroad, as this complex is so empty im worried of being one of a few that brought and the rest will not sell then the development becomes a building site and ghost town.
Any thoughts please

Hi,The complex is really not empty,a lot of properties were sold during and since lockdown and our block now has 100% occupancy.The apartments are released for sale in phases from the bank.
The only slight negative at the moment is that the bar is currently closed,but hopefully a new owner can be found soon.The amazing committee on the complex put on entertainment and provide a pop up bar in the square for events.

expats stoping for more than 90 days, i want to retire over there but until the rules change it will be a holiday home.

Yes Mags, not sure how long i will have to wait. Still won't stop me from buying though. Looks a nice resort.Im a tradesmen so i might be of help to people.

Not sure how much the lease is up for,no gym but would be a welcome addition.There are several units adjacent to the bar up for sale/lease

Tradesmen always needed on the complex,especially for people like myself who bought repossessed shell properties.
