But Norway is a member of the EEA and Schengen, so Norwegians have freedom of movement within the EU.

sounds like a lot of discrimination to me,

Yes, very sensible of them. They didn't throw the baby out with the bathwater like uk sadly did. They have Erasmus too with being in Schengen.

Yes it is what uk, by a small majority,  blindly and sadly signed up for.  Its not discrimination, we just aren't part of schengan.

You voted to leave the club so don't whinge now that you've lost all the benefits of it! You were all warned but the warnings were branded as "Project Fear". How is "Project Reality" working for you now?

You can’t assume everyone voted to leave

Well, we know that only 30% of actual voters voted to leave the EU but the way that the voting was calculated meant that the country as a whole voted to leave. I'm sure that the majority of Brits who live in Spain or have a property in Spain, would have voted to remain (if they were lucky enough to have been given a vote - as many thousands were not!) but there were a few who were happy enough to become an immigrant in Spain, whilst removing that right from other EU citizens wanting to relocate to the UK in the belief that the removal of freedom of movement would only stop the "foreigners coming in" and would not affect them! And we are now all trying to make the best of the situation.
