Look at Mar Menor Golf Resort. Hotel, Restaurants in and just outside. There’s a gym paddle court. Good occupation all year. Closer to amenities.

I bought on Condado de Alhama 2 yrs back. Great place and alot of investment going into the resort. Might be worth having a look there. Debbie

I will look too not heard of this resort, is it near Camposol? Can UK owners liver there all year round since Brexit?

In short No. You can only stay 90 days in any rolling 180.

Well that has changed everything. Looks like Spain is no longer an option. Might now resort to France. :-(

Same rules apply France. Any country that is part of the Schengen zone will have the same restrictions (most of Europe). I think you need to start doing some research.

Yes I am. Not as a permanent resident though
