can anyone advise if theres any rental potential as we are not quite ready to retire so for next few years would be looking to rent out?

Hi Alan in relation to your question regarding rental potential. We owned an apartment on La Torre Golf which is the busier golf resort just a few kilometres away. We successfully rented our place in the summer months but hardly ever got any winter bookings. You need a licence if you do it yourself or you can go with an agent. There’s a guy on La Torre at Murcia Services who can help you. They also now have a business called the residences which specifically deals with rentals for the golfing community. Murcia services have a website etc. Mark.
