Unavailabilty of NIE's - Page 2

Murcia has appointments. Applied Friday, appointment Tuesday 9am, away by 9.10am. BUT used local service in Sucina...they know the crack.

Thank you so much everyone for helping me sort this out. My boss at work tells me that he has now secured an appointment and can deal with it for me. The system is very confusing. You go on line- no appointments - phone up - no appointments, go in and just wait and they give you an an appointment for a couple of days time.  Cheers everyone. Ann

Spanish  bureaucracy !!!

We're been able to book appointment for my wife's NIE in two week's time anywhere in Murcia region, so we chose the Lorca as we love to drive there through mountains ...

But it was a Gestoria booked online for us.

Same in Cartagena!

Pal's Solicitors charged me 700 euros eight years ago for NIE, was about suggest them to get the help, but you might want to save a 690 euros and go in to appointment yourself, it only took us a minute while the Chief signed a paper.

I believe that appointment has to be booked and it's probably nothing to do with the Brexit, as is not exactly Europeans flogged Cartagena police station as we've tried to just ,,pop in" there as well. Same was in Lorca by the way.
