Just following the chain of emails, we have just completed on Group Uno and the heater in the pool does not work!!!
Can you send me the details of the pool chap by PM.
I have somebody that I am using , he is english and does a few of the houses in the Lo Pagan area ,can perhaps swap details

I have tried so hard to get it sorted. In October they look at my pool 5 times each time they said something different. On the 5 the time they rearranged all the pipe work only for it to burst and the pool started to drain. The pipes burst twice. Lucky someone was in the Villa each time. I've had 2 holidays in the Villa now and the kids couldn't use the pool. I have told Groupo uno that I want my money back and I will get someone else to sort it out.

We are having the same problem with Group UNo, not only the pool heater but also the pool cover, I am talking to Juan Carlos at the moment and it would seem he is the main partner as they all refer back to him.
Let me know how you are progressing, as I am in the middle of working with an English company that specialises in pool heaters covers and all general building work.
There is a legal presidence that yuo use to force things along, which to date I have said I will if we get no action.

Thank you for your message. It's good to know I'm not the only one. I already know of 3 people of have salt water chlorinators installed the wrong way round. Yes I am in the same situation and have taken legal advice. There is so much to tell you so I will private message you.
