We to have a monsora on C6 and have cavity wall insulation and double glazing, we to have a pellet burner which is great for warming the rooms up , we only put it on for about 4 hours which is enough

We are Irish retired (golfing) couple that hope to purchase a 2 bed property this year in the Murcia region and wonder if all properties have annual community fees (not local tax) or are they just on golf course complexes? We will be applying for NIE shortly and welcome any advice generally.
Were on camposol with No...community fees.
