Well said Mark, that's the spirit and I do find I enjoy the quieter months a lot. I think if you know where to go you can always find a place to eat any time of the year. We're just finding places now due to COVID restrictions & Torrevieja is an all year around place and only a shirt drive aw...

...ay. I'm sure Yorkshire is lively too but, like Ireland, it doesn't have the weather. It's absolutely gorgeous here now but this has been the worst March, April weather in 73 years according to records.

If you need any other information about the area just give me a shout and I'll try to help if I can.

Good morning Ann

. Would you happen to know anything about the La manga strip area??

Hi everyone

We are looking to buy a modest holiday home in the Murcia/Costa Calida area.  We still need to do more homework/visits etc as we appreciate it's a big decision.  Could anyone offer advice on whether to buy in a town/village  or  maybe a golf resort resort/urbanisation. We don'...

Regards Mark

We bought in Lo Pagan and its fab for access to everything and cycle rides up and down coast, we think the promenade is better than LA.  We also bought in a Spanish residential block which suits us as its not like a ghost town in winter.

We bought blind from UK in pandemic and were very lucky but its not something I would ever recommend, best to book time out for here for extended holiday or better, rent a place and travel.

You're very lucky.  We really like Lo Pagan and have now been a couple of times.  Unfortunately we couldn't find anything in our budget.  But we think we have found somewhere not too far away a little in land. Have fun I  your new place.  It's a lovely area.
