Gosh that sounds off the wall!! Seriously, we use a Gestor and she almost seems embarrassed to take any money from us for dealing with taxes, re-registering a car and various odds & ends. I think most gestors charge around €60 to deal with that kind of paperwork. I would suggest you ask the solicitor what is covered for that kind of money.
