Ditto everything good said about Wise, as for charges for cash withdrawals it's become almost impossible to avoid these in Spain except for withdrawals from your expensive Spanish bank account but it costs me a lot less than the €35 a quarter I was paying Sabadell and you can use a credit/debit card cost free for virtually all transactions unless your card issuer charges you, good luck

Always use WISE and one of the things I like is that you can nominate the exact amount to be received by the recipient meaning they do not receive less due to charges

Revolut is brilliant.  NO commission charges, Free to draw money out at most ATMs except at weekends. It’s an online service and in the 3 years I’ve used them, I’ve had no problems at all.  Check out their website. Martin Lewis also recommends.

It might be no commission but their exchange rate cannot be good.

They have to make money somewhere.

The exchange rate is exactly what the pound to euro is, I’ve transferred money for three years and the exchange rate is always excellent.  Please read up on it before making throw away comments.

Yes but Revolut do not charge commission when transferring funds or taking cash fro an ATM except on weekends.  However, every individual has personal preferences.
