We just went to the Civic Centre in Los Narejos and while in the queue a Nurse came out with 2 English couples stating there were no vaccines there pointing to a hand written sign on the wall to go to LA.

She said she didn’t know where the error was but there were no vaccines in LN and to go to LA where there would be vaccines “sometime” in the afternoon....

We went to LA & queued for no more than 2 minutes and Security asked if we had an appointment, we said no and he said the earliest would be 4:30pm for no appointments. At least he let us know…

Not impressed with the process & communication, we were told to go to the civic centre for Janssen boosters anytime between 12 & 2…
