Its not just your nearest...has to be the one you pay your IBI to...probably Cartagena

How do we remove ourselves from the Padron. ?We have had a holiday home in L.A since 2007 but no longer wish to be in the Padron.

You need to go to the town hall to do this but you should not have been on the padron as non residents …

Flooding?? I dont think so.
There was only water running in the streets that you would expect from the two thunderstorm downpours and then the water ran as expected in the Rambla

I think they were closed in anticipation of much more water than there actually was.
Did the water go over the footpaths?
My car was safe and dry in the Rambla car park.
