Under Spanish law, the property owner is liable for allí repairs and replacement of damaged items due to normal wear and tear.

This should be clear in your rental contract.

Logic applies too. If you rent a car and the clutch fails, who pays for the repairs, you or Avis? Same applies to your apartment.

Could be the pressure is too high. If It is over 1.5 bares, open the drainage valve and reduce the pressure to 1.5

Hi

Surely aqulia are responsible? Like the water board are for meters in the UK.

I can’t imagine it being any different in España….

Ring aqulia up and ask them to check it over for you…..

If It is not on your property you are not responsable.

Your property, in this case, starts with the tube that leaves the meter.

The water company are liable.
