Hi
My son will be visiting us soon in Los Alcazares for the first time. He is mostly in good health but has a pituitary condition which means if he becomes ill with stomach bug he has to go to Hospital immediately.
Can anyone advise a) the best hospital private or otherwise and b) the procedure and availability of emergency services in the area.
any help appreciated

The state hospital Los Arcos near San Javier is excellent, but for consultations you may need an interpreter. I have read a few times that there are translators available but have never seen any.
