Hi, recently bought an appartment in LA/ Los Narejos (residential velapi) considering coming at Christmas. Is it worth it? How busy is it?
Particularly the 525 plaza?
We have an idea on the weather, but don’t want to come if it’s really quiet. Any help much appreciated,

We have also an apartment in Res Velapi. Do you know there is a FB group only for owners in this Res Velapi. But we are coming in dec Jan . Weather is better than in Belgium.

Hi, yes my wife is on it.
We were there last week and we all went out for a meal which was nice to get to know our new neighbours.

Its a great time to come…quieter but still lots to do…you really need to be here for Three Kings night of 5th and 6th Jan…..it can be chilly at night but still warmer in the daytime. Lights in Cartagena worth a visit or Murcia even better.

Bitterly cold??? Ive been here 7 years and never worn my ‘big coat’ …we’re tough up north!!!

Too quite - nothing to do and deserted
It depends what you like to do. We love the winter time. Can enjoy nice walks and xmas markets but still enjoy lunch in the sun.
