Good Morning, Im considering the purchase of a home in Los Alcazares and am wondering who you all would suggest for an attorney? And in the United States we always have someone inspect the home for any structural issues etc. Is that done here and if so can you suggest a company or person? Thanks again. -Mark

You need a independent survey done for peace of mind. But you need to sort out yourself unless your solicitors know some one but make sure there indicates and not attached to solicitors ok hope this helps...oh it also a good idea to get house insurance and a key holder to look after your investment while you are not there ok

Excellent advice, thank you so much for the reply.
I can't recommend any solicitors (attorneys) in that area - however, you should always try and find an independent solicitor, not one that is recommended by the estate agent.
A structural survey would be carried out by a qualified surveyor - who your solicitor may be able to recommend. Such a survey should cost €400 - €2000 depending on the size of the property.

Hi.
We bought about 3 years ago and used Fusters solicitors in Los Alcazares on the main road not far from El Patio restuarant. Excellent service.

We purchased an apartment last May and had a very good layer from Fuster Associates , Victor Lopez Taraga, we gave him PoA so he could act in our interest. Good luck !
