Hi,
Are we allowed to go to beach for an hour to sunbathe,now we are in phase 2.

This depends on what your local town hall has said.not all have yet agreed to open the beaches but I believe everyone is a little confused,
I know here in Santiago we can now go on the beaches but have to obviously keep social distancing

Yes - there are quite a few umbrellas and sunbathers along the beach here in Bolnuevo today. You have to keep at least 2 metres from anyone else (the umbrellas today are at least 20 metres apart, often much more). You must also leave a space of at least 6 metres to the sea for people to walk along the edge of the sea.
There are notices telling you about the do's and don'ts.
